Product Introduction
Q-100A is the perforating agent for the production of slightly uneven and large-hole high resilience sponge.
Instructions for use
1. The use amount is 0.5-3% of polyether material, when using Q-100A and catalyst, silicone oil and other small materials mixed use.
2. The use of Q-100A can increase the porosity, but the pore size may be coarse, so the amount of silicone oil and cross-linking agent must be properly balanced to achieve the best effect.
3. Q-100A will produce collapsed bubbles if too much is used, if 3% is added and the effect is not obvious, the system may need to be adjusted accordingly.
