Product characteristics
DK-580MG foam stabilizer is an organosilicon surfactant, composed of silicon-carbon bonded polysiloxane-polyether copolymer, its chemical structure is very stable and not easy to hydrolyze. It is a medium to high activity foam stabilizer, mainly used in the manufacture of 8-30kg/m3 density polyurethane soft foam plastic, especially suitable for the production of soft foam such as bra cotton, foam feel smooth.
DK-580MG foam stabilizer has been successfully applied to box foam and other kinds of mechanical continuous foaming process, with good emulsification ability, and can provide good fine pore structure and uniform density distribution.
