Flexible Polyurethane Foam (PU Foam) is a type of flexible polyurethane foam with a certain degree of elasticity, and it is the largest amount of a polyurethane product. The products mainly include high resilient foam (HRF), block sponge, slow resilient foam, self-crusting foam (ISF), and semi-rigid energy-absorbing foam. The bubble structure of polyurethane flexible foam is mostly open pore. Generally, it has low density, good elastic recovery, sound absorption, breathability, heat preservation and other properties, mainly used as furniture cushioning material, transportation seat cushioning material, various soft padding laminated composite materials. It is also used as filtration material, sound insulation material, shockproof material, decoration material, packaging material and heat insulation material in industry and civil use.
What is the main formula of polyurethane flexible foam?
(1) Polyisocyanate (such as TDI, MDI, PAPI, etc.) is the main raw material;

Performance Description.
DOW CORNING® OFX-5950 silicone oil is a non-hydrolytic (hydrolytically stable) silicone polyether surfactant recommended for the preparation of bulky flame retardant flexible polyurethane foams. The dosage for these foams ranges from 1 to 4 parts of DOW CORNING OFX-5950 silicone oil per 100 parts of polyol. The optimal surfactant dosage is determined by the specific foam formulation.
