01 lower cost preferred, add calcium carbonate
Add 20% of calcium carbonate, 500 mesh or more. Such a method will not have much impact on the performance index, mainly because of the low cost.
02 Increase the index
Properly increase the TDI index, increase the amount of water, while correspondingly reducing the amount of MC, which can also properly improve the hardness.
03 Increase the amount of catalyst
Or add other kinds of catalysts or modification reagents
There are some such catalysts.
① Increase the content of POP, anything within 80% is fine.
② Try to add some modified MDI appropriately.
③ Add some polyester to polyether.
④ Add some hard foam polyether, choosing a polyether with large functionalities may work a little better.
⑤ Increase the proportion of hard foam expanding and cross-linking agents such as 405 and 403.
⑥ Add trimer catalyst and increase the ratio of black and white material.
04 Increase the density of raw materials
That is, when foaming, appropriate debugging foaming ratio, reduce the foaming multiplier, improve the density.
