Antioxidant series for PU:

Antioxidant 1135: a liquid hindered phenol antioxidant, especially in the field of polyurethane, which has excellent antioxidant performance and can prevent polyether Polyols generate peroxides during storage to inhibit yellowing; they can also prevent core burning during polyurethane foaming. Adding it to PU shoe materials, artificial leather and elastomer can also greatly improve the yellowing resistance level of the product.

Antioxidant 5057: a liquid hindered amine antioxidant, for the stabilization of polyurethane cushion foam, it can effectively inhibit the formation of peroxide during storage and transportation. Further prevent scorching during foaming; in industries such as automobile manufacturing, furniture and fiber fabrics that use soft foaming polyurethane, the low volatility of 5057 will avoid color stains on fabrics.

Anti-phenol yellow additive 2140: It belongs to a new generation of phenol-free phosphite antioxidants, and does not contain free phenols such as phenol, nonylphenol, and bisphenol A. It has the advantages of low volatility and good heat resistance, and can effectively inhibit the yellowing of PU materials caused by phenolic compounds.
