It is not only used as a high-efficiency catalyst in the manufacture of wood varnishes, PU coatings, metal inks, adhesives and sealants, but also can be used as a catalyst for silicone rubber, cross-linking reaction of acrylate rubber and carboxyl rubber and synthesis of polyurethane foam Catalyst and high-efficiency lubricity and stability in PVC plastic products. A very good catalytic effect can be obtained with an amount of 0.01-2%, and the usable temperature range is 80-240°C. The usable temperature range is 80-240°C.
Main application:
★Drying agent in the coating and ink industry, for bimolecular polyurethane, polyester, nitro paint, curing agent for coating, ink and other coatings and moisture curing The type coating has excellent drying properties, can accelerate the curing of PU in polyurethane high-grade furniture paint, promote the rapid drying of the paint film, and obtain a flat, smooth and excellent hardness paint film; in PU coatings, it has good oxidation stability.
Stabilizer and lubricant for PVC products PVC soft transparent products or semi-soft products, and barium stearate, cadmium stearate and other metal soaps or epoxy compounds have good lubricity , transparency, weather resistance, compatibility with plasticizers, no blooming, no vulcanization pollution, no adverse effects on heat sealing and printing. Such as: soft film, film, plastic shoes, hose and PVC conveyor belt, etc. In particular, it can be used as a catalyst for polyurethane foam products. In PVC hard products, this product can be used together with organotin maleate or organotin mercaptan to improve the fluidity of resin materials.
