Product application
QG-MW001 is a polyether polyol product developed for the purpose of slow rebound polyurethane foam especially in the aspect of porosity and non-shrinkage, it shows the performance of yougen and can be used in various foaming processes. Also, in general, temperature has a greater impact on the hardness of polyoxyethylene foam.However, the influence of temperature on the hardness of polyurethane foam can be greatly reduced by using MW001 polyether polyol polyurethane foam，it also maintains the softness of the foam at 5 degrees Celsius.It can be widely used in headrest, cushion, mattress, sole and other fields. The physical properties of the foam can be adjusted according to the formula, and the density of the foam can be adjusted in the range of 20-120kg/m3.Hardness and springback degree can also be adjusted according to different requirements.
