It produces foam that is more porous while maintaining the stability of the foam formulation without collapsing, and improves flow for systems that use modified ingredients that react quickly and flow slowly. Delayed amine catalyst C-225 is an amine catalyst for fast release high resilience polyurethane foams. This catalyst allows a balance between foam formation and maturation reactions, optimizes the flow of the reaction mixture, and reduces the demolding time at the same time.
Therefore, delayed amine catalyst C-225 is the best additive to be used in turntable type car seat production line. Delayed amine catalyst A-400 is a water-soluble tertiary amine compound catalyst with delayed catalytic effect for molded polyurethane foam, specially designed for automotive seat cushion production. Delayed amine catalyst A-400 can be dosed alone with water or polyether polyol.
It is good for long lasting pouring time and increasing open cell foam structure. Delayed amine catalyst A-400 is the same new type of delayed action catalyst as delayed amine catalyst A-300.
