Product introduction
Silicone leveling agent QG-333 is used as a silicone surface additive for solvent-based, solvent-free and aqueous systems. It is suitable for coatings, inks, adhesives and room temperature curing plastic systems and strongly reduces surface tension.

Applications
Coatings and printing inks, adhesives and sealants, room temperature curing systems
Usage
This additive effectively reduces the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, thus improving substrate wetting and preventing shrinkage. It also improves surface slip and gloss. In aqueous systems, it can improve anti-adhesion. The additive is recommended for all solvent-borne, solvent-free and aqueous coatings, printing inks and varnishes.
Recommended dosage
The recommended dosage is 0.05-0.3 % of the total formulation (supplied form), up to 1% for aqueous and UV systems. The recommended dosage is for reference only and the optimum dosage should be determined after a series of tests. The additive can be added at any stage of production, including post-addition. However, in order to reduce the foaming effect of the additive, it is recommended that it be added at the final stage of manufacturing.
Shelf life and storage conditions
Shelf life of 30 months when stored in original packaging at temperatures not exceeding 25°C
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep the container sealed. Should be stored separately from oxidizing agents and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed. Equipped with appropriate variety and quantity of fire-fighting equipment. The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and suitable shelter materials.
