Silicone Oil 2470
Product Introduction
DK-2470 is a high stability and high activity silicone oil specially designed for high addition powder and low density sponges, after an in-depth study of sponge systems in the Asia-Pacific region. This silicone oil is non-hydrolyzed silicone oil, which can be premixed with amine catalyst and water. The three premixes are slightly blue transparent liquid and will not show delamination and milky phenomenon within one year of storage.

Characteristic
Highly active silicone oil, wide density operating range 5-35kg/m3 (before adding powder). Low density system, uniform bubble pore, no perforation. Suitable for high powdering system, can improve the physical properties of sponge (tensile strength, elasticity). No side cracking and top bulging in powdered system. Suitable for pendant foam, flat foam, box foam, cover box foam.
