Product introduction
KE9727H is a liquid catalyst of medium compound tertiary amine. This highly active tertiary amine catalyst promotes the reaction of ammonium isocyanate with polyol to cross-link the foam and give good mechanical properties of flexible polycyanate foam.

Performance and characteristics
1、 KE9727H plays a catalytic and stabilizing role in the production process of PU soft foam. Maintain the final height of the foam and avoid a large amount of foam fall back, while not losing the degree of foam opening.
2、 KE9727H is especially recommended for the production of low and medium density foam (6kg/m3~25 kg/m3) which can make the foam not to crack and increase the hardness.

3、 Compared with common amine catalyst, KE9727H can increase the hardness of foam by 5~10%, its catalytic and hardness increasing characteristics are more obvious in high water formulations, and the characteristics disappear slowly in low water (3.0% water content) formulations.

4, KE9727H can significantly reduce the cracking of the foam production process, in MC formulations with or without calcium carbonate and melamine filler, the effect is good.

5, KE9727H another unique advantage is that it can help foam curing, which can make the machine easier to produce, reduce the adhesion of paper in the machine foaming process.

6、 KE9727H is a catalyst for balancing and gelation. It can be used in all types of machine foams, continuous and discontinuous, and also in many types of polyols.

7、 KE9727H has a lower odor compared to similar composite tertiary amine catalysts.

Applications
The recommended dosage of KE9727H is 0.15~0.20php. Compare KE9727H with A-33, which is 33% triethanol diamine dissolved in propylene glycol and is the most classic PU soft foam catalyst. In a formulation containing 5~8 parts of water per 100 parts of polyol, KE9727H produces 5~10% more foam strength than A-33
The enhanced effect of KE9727H mentioned above can be used directly, or the NCO index can be reduced by 2~3 points to improve economic efficiency while maintaining the original foam strength requirement.
